Nowadays, it is a competitive world, every one of us is trying to get something through our every efforts. One big thing among them, is fame. However, is fame that important for everyone? I don't think so. As far as I am concerned, there are several reasons may accounting for my opinions. Firstly, the thing that really matters for a man is the process of your trying , but not the result you end up with. So from this aspect, being famous is not very necessary for us .Secondly, we are decided by nobody else but you yourself. The things that others said about you are only the \"marks\" they put on you, you should decide who you are by your own heart and soul. So , being famous is not a right attitude towards life. Last but not least, being famous will be bothered now and then by some people who only want to earn things from you. Nobody want to lose the feeling of \"free\"! Indeed, fame can earn something for us, but we may lose more. I will always follow my own aim and live in the world of my own!
二、The power of a good name(好名声) The power of a good name does play an important part in our daily life . Good Fame can Bring More Opportunities to a man who has a good fame, he will meet more opportunities.If he is notorious, of course he will lose a bunch of opportunites.In our social life, we will meet a lot of incidents, some of them are others giving you the surprises, some are depressed events that make you sorrow. For example, if some group wants holding a party, if you had a good reputation, lots of people want to invite you to, if you were notorious, no one wants you to go,
then when you find out, you will feel very sad and then start thinking whether you should change your temper or keep being cynicism. another example, that when company is offering a promotion to company's employee, if you had a good reputation, the chance of you to be promoted was enormous, but if you had a bad reputation, then no one wants recommending you, unless you had good skillsthat is, good fame is very important for us, it can bring us more opportunities, therefore we should maintain our good reputations.
三、The great person I admire most
I admire my mother the most. Because she is the one who gave me birth and brought me to this world and bring me up.When I was younger, she took good care of me.She taught me to speak the first word. She taught me the basic things of being a person.She taught me to walk my first step. As time passes on, I grew older and even became a student in college today.But I really mss my middle school days.everyday in that time, she waked me up in the morning at 6 o’clock,and then we went to the park together to do exercise. After doing exercise, I would read English or Chinese poems in the gadern while mom was cooking breakfast for me in the kitchien. and when I come home from school at 12 am or 6 pm, she already had cooked the meal for me. This is my mother, the greatest person in the world. She is great not because she saves the world, but only because she is a mother. Every mother in the world is the greatest person. Just as what I’m saying just now,my mother is deseverd to the honor of the greatest person I admire.If not my mother,I won’t sit here to have the test.
四、The advantages and disadvantages of living alone
Nowadays,more and more people want to have more free spaces of their own.So ,they choose to live alone.But how about living alone?In fact,there are advantages and disadvantages of living alone.
As we know,they can be more independent and do whatever they wish to at ever moment. It is a great advantage that you can listen to music at a high volume without having your father tell you to pipe down the music. Moreover, to live alone implies having the opportunity to invite some friends along, no matter the hour of the day.
But there are also disadvantages of living alone.First, you don't have to cook for youself if you are living with your family, which can be a great problem for the majority of teenagers, especially boys. Secondly, living with your parents, means you don't have to do all the housework alone. Mother can do the washing-up or iron your clothes.Last but not the least, to live alone offers somebody total independence but at the same time responsibility. And in case you disturb some of your neighbours, then it is your own responsibility to answer the door and apologize.
But to be concluded, it is essential for a teenager to be away from his family for some time, to see how he can manage in his own.
五、Is EQ more valuable than IQ
I think EQ is more important than IQ for the success of a student in this world. EQ is a measure of your ability to notice and then manage your interior and exterior feelings and then control your reactions. Your mood will always control your ability to resolve problems making this an important skill to develop and use. Using a well developed EQ will help you manage your emotions. Necessary social skills that a student needs are associated with high levels of EQ. If a student does not develop the EQ skills he or she will be left in a situation of having the intelligence to functionally work or play but not have the emotional skills to successfully work or play, thus limiting their potential future. They may have received good grades on tests in school classes but without a working high level of EQ they are unable to function as adult people in an adult world.
Most large US businesses now screen any potential employees using some form of EQ test. In other words, EQ is more important than IQ. If you want to succeed in your career, then you must have a good EQ as well as a good IQ,like some research suggests, if you don't have a good EQ then you can and you should try to learn and strength it.
