摘要：In accordance with a first aspect of the present disclosure, a method ofcalibrating a fingerprint sensing device is conceived, the method comprising: measuring a

first charge, the first charge being present on an array of reference capacitors; convertingthe measured charge to a digital value; comparing the digital value to a range ofpredefined values; if the digital value does not fall within said range, adjusting one ormore parameters of a readout circuit of said fingerprint sensing device, wherein saidreadout circuit is configured to measure a second charge, the second charge beingpresent on an array of capacitive sensor elements. Further aspects relate to a

corresponding fingerprint sensing device and to an alternative method of calibrating afingerprint sensing device.
