简介

EN50264系列标准在无卤材料的基础上涉及了城市交通轨道用电缆。按其名称“铁路应用-有特殊防火性能的城市交通轨道用电力电缆与控制电缆”可分为五大类:

--第1部分:一般要求

--第2-1部分:有交联弹性体绝缘的电缆-单芯电缆--第2-2部分:有交联弹性体绝缘的电缆-多芯电缆--第3-1部分:有尺寸缩小交联弹性体绝缘电缆-单芯电缆--第3-2部分:有尺寸缩小交联弹性体绝缘电缆-多芯电缆

在EN50355(使用指导)与EN50343(电缆安装规则)标准中可找出与电缆选择与安装,包括截流量的相关信息。在EN50343标准中描述了对电缆横截面的选择程序,包括环境温度及安装类型的降耗因素。

特殊试验方法请参照EN50264标准及EN50305标准。

第3-1部分电缆也可用在EN50264-3-2标准中做成多芯有护套电缆。

第1部分:“一般要求”中包括了对EN50264标准更为精细的说明,请与第3-2部分一起阅

1、范围

EN50264-3-1标准中对有以下型号及额定电压的单芯电缆的结构与尺寸规定了要求:

300/500V屏蔽与非屏蔽电缆(1mm2、1.5mm2与2.5mm2,芯数为2芯至40芯)0.6/1kV屏蔽与非屏蔽电缆(1.5mm2至50mm2,芯数为2芯、3芯与4芯)

备注:并没有对每个型号的电缆规定了所有导体的尺寸与芯数。所有电缆为符合EN60228标准要求的5类镀锡铜导体,无卤绝缘与无卤护套。该种电缆用于城市交通轨道如布电线的固定或限制在操作时遇到跳线的电线。要求所提供的导体持续温度不超过90℃,并且在持续时间为5秒的基础上其在短路条件时最高温度为200℃。在着火条件下,电缆在最大可允许火焰延燃及最大可允许烟排放量及毒性气体排放量方面会展现出特殊的性能特点。

EN50264-3-2标准应与第1部分“一般要求”一起阅读。

2、标准文献

3、定义

此文件的目的在于应用了EN50264-1标准中所给出的术语与定义。

4、额定电压

单芯绝缘电缆额定电压如下:

A)300/500V(1mm2至2.5mm2)控制电缆B)0.6/1kV(1.5mm2至50mm2)电力电缆

5、标志与标识

5.1电缆标志

电缆应喷有以下标志:制造商名称EN标准文献额定电压(U0)芯数与导体尺寸

该标志应符合EN50264-1中第5条款的要求。5.2线芯标识

除接地线外,所有电缆线芯颜色均为黑色。除非另有规定。

电缆中单根线芯的标识有印有数字或颜色。数字用颜色进行喷印用来与线芯颜色形成对比。如果规定其颜色不是黑色,则颜色应符合HD308标准中的规定。颜色应贯穿整根电缆的绝缘或其表面。颜色应清晰可辨、持久耐用。用EN50305.10.1标准所规定的试验来检查其持久性。

除非另有规定,否则数字标志应符合EN50334标准要求,并通过目测与测量的方式来检查其符合性。5.3护套

除非制造商与采购商之间另有认可,否则电缆护套为黑色。

6、电缆结构

6.1概述

符合此部分要求或EN50264-3-1标准要求的线芯可用作多芯电缆的元件。控制电缆尺寸应符合表1与表2中对适当电缆类型给出的值的要求。

电力电缆线芯尺寸应符合表3中给出的值,且其它电缆尺寸应符合表4-表9中对适当电缆类型给出的值的要求。

如果采购商与制造商之间能达成一致,则可不按表1与表2中所规定的要求做出一定芯数的电缆。在此种情况下,护套厚度与编织丝的直径(如果有)应符合包括较多芯数电缆相关表格中所给的值。

6.2导体

根据EN60228标准要求,电缆导体应为5类镀锡退火铜。

试验符合EN10002-1标准要求时,其导体线芯平均最小伸长率为15%,是任何单线最小值的10%。

备注:没有必要测试所有单根线芯。无论5%线芯或10%线芯哪个是最少数,都可随机选择。6.3绝缘体系

绝缘为EN50264-1.标准中所使用的一个或多个挤制材料以便符合El106至El110中复合物类型的要求。El106耐低温、耐油El107耐超低温、耐油El108耐低温、耐超燃油性El109耐超低温、耐超燃油性El110耐超低温、不耐油

要求绝缘与护套都有耐超低温性能。

所使用的绝缘应符合EN50264-1.6.2标准要求。绝缘厚度应符合表1至表3中所给出的规定值。6.4线芯成缆与填充

可以通过右向或左手向绞合层将线芯扭绞在一起。初始线芯的路经与节距应不大与电缆中成束直径的20倍。

备注:如EN50264-1.6.3标准中的规定可使用非吸湿性填充。由制造商决定在成缆过程中使用混合捆扎(绕包)带。6.5金属屏蔽

对有屏蔽的线芯处,在线芯与屏蔽之间使用一层包带。金属屏蔽与编织应符合EN50264-1.6.4标准要求。

6.6护套

护套为EN50264-1标准中所使用的挤制材料以便符合EM101至EM104复合物类型的要求。EM101耐低温、耐油EM102耐超低温、耐油EM103耐低温、耐超燃油性EM104耐超低温、耐超燃油性

同类型的电缆可包括一个或多个挤制层。所使用的护套应符合EN50264-1.6.6标准要求

护套厚度应符合表1、表2及表4至表9中所给出的规定值。6.6结构

所有型号的电力电缆与控制电缆应由按下述顺序所给出的成份组成

导体:软性镀锡退火铜,第5类隔离层:可选择

绝缘:一个复合物或第6.3部分所给出的复合物成缆与填充:6.4部分所给出的要求

金属屏蔽(需要时):6.5部分所给出的要求及表2、5、7、9中所规定的要求隔离层:可选择

护套:6.6部分中所给出的复合物

7、试验

7.1与试验有关的定义

EN50264-1标准中第3条款给出了型式试验(T)、抽样试验(S)及例行试验(R)定义。

备注:所分类的抽样试验(S)及例行试验(R)可作为认证计划中的一部分。7.2导体电阻

所进行的试验应符合EN50305.6.1标准要求。

7.4绝缘电阻

试验在温度为20℃与90℃条件下进行,并符合EN50305.6.4.1标准要求。

所得的值应不低于表1、2、3、4、5、6、7或表9中对适当电缆型号与尺寸中所给出的值,7.5样品介电强度

所进行的试验应符合EN50305.6.8标准规定,使用如下条件:

水温:(20±5)℃浸水持久时间:1小时

额定电压(U0)

实验结果:在最小电压下无击穿发生。7.6火花试验

所进行的试验应符合EN50305.6.5标准规定,使用如下条件:A)交流试验电压(50Hz)3kV+[5*绝缘厚度(mm)]kVB)直流试验电压:V交流*1.57.7表面电阻

所进行的试验应符合EN50305.6.6标准要求。

所测得的漏电电流应不超过电流值,以毫安(mA)表示,等同于所测电缆样品直径的一半,以毫米(mm)表示。如:一个电缆的直径为10mm,其漏电电流应不超过5mA。试验完成后电缆应经受10kV交流耐压试验,无闪络现象。7.8老化试验

对绝缘与护套进行的试验应符合EN60811-1-2,8.1标准要求,使用如下条件:

温度:(135±2)℃处理持续时间:168小时

要求:

用于各绝缘与护套复合物。

备注:需要两个单独的试验,一个在酸性溶液里进行,一个在碱性溶液里进行。7.16低温弯曲试验(线芯与电缆外径≤12.5mm)

A)对于用复合物类型为El106、El108、EM101、EM103所生产的电缆,其实验应在温度为(-25±2)℃的条件下进行,并符合EN60811-1-4标准中8.1与8.2部分的要求。

B)对于用得合物类型为El107、El109、EM102、EM104所生产的电缆,其实验应在温度为(-40±2)℃条件下进行,并符合EN60811-1-4标准中8.1与8.2部分的要求。实验结果:在绝缘与护套上均无开裂现象。7.17冷延伸试验(电缆外径>12.5mm)

A)对于复合物类型为El106、El108、EM101、EM103的试验应在温度为(-25±2)℃的条件下进行,并符合EN60811-1-4标准中8.3与8.4部分的要求

B)对于复合物类型为El107、El109、El110、EM102、EM104的试验应在温度为(-40±2)℃条件下进行,并符合EN60811-1-4标准中8.3与8.4部分的要求。所有复合物最最小断裂延伸率应为30%7.18低温紧压试验

对于用复合物类型为El107、El109、El110、EM102、EM104所生产的电缆,其实验应在温度为(-25±2)℃条件下进行。

备注:可将该些复合物称为“耐超低温”实验结果:护套内部无开裂,但不是在绝缘外部。7.19防火反应-电缆
