摘要： A method of manufacturing a pharmaceutical composition composed of anorganic acid derivative of alpha tocopherol, and may also include other lipids. Thecompostion may be in the form of associated liposomes, as such, to a bioactive agent ortrapping thereof. Stable drug at a level of acidic pH are particularly suitable for suchsystems, e.g. médiacments having imidazole groups, such as pilocarpine. The compositionrequires a stabilizer to keep a phase double layer of organic acid derivative of alphatocopherol in a low pH environment. Such a stabilizer may for example be a detergent.Upon administration in vivo of the system and a concomitant increase in pH, the viscosityof the preparation increases.
