Responsibility



Implement regional HR strategy/policy/regulation, which should be combined with business group requirement.

Implement regional recruitment strategy to local site and responsible for work force plan and recruiting budget planning and controlling.

To be responsible for C&B administration as well as the maintenance and enhancement of the payroll processes and payroll system as well as IIT report.

Take responsible on Organizational Development and employee development.

Build up and organize performance review strategy and performance management system, Employee relationship Management, handle cross department / functional works.




