Good morning! Today my topic is how to lose weight. Can I ask you a question? Have you ever lose weight before or want to lose weight? Please raise your hand. (oh it seems that I choose a right topic, thank you!). Nowadays many of us are overweight, however, few of us know how to slim down. Don’t worry, I’ll share some strategies that work!
First of all, to lose weight you should start in your mind. You can write down the reasons you want to lose weight such as to be more beautiful, to be healthier, to find a gorgeous girl or boy friend. Then you should decide the the goals you want to achieve and cut it into some small parts. Everyday you can do something to achieve goals. However, the most important thing is convince yourself have the power to change.
Some people believe miracle pills or gimmicks. But these are wrong way to lose weight. The wrong way to lose weight is harmful for health. So don’t try some extreme weight loss methods even if it’s very persuasive and attractive.
To lose weight, you should take correct measures. Now I am going to tell you some great and science ways to lose weight. We all know eat Low-fat, well-balanced diet is the answer, but the problem is few of us know what to eat and how to eat. Someone may say lose weight equals to skip meals and starve yourself. But that’s not right. You can eat more fruit and vegetables. Some fruit and vegetables are even can help you lose weight like tomato, pineapple, banana, oatmeal, broccoli. What’s more, remember to drink 8 glasses of water everyday which will strengthen human waste excrete. Remember never eat snake at late night. Besides balanced diet, you can do some aerobic exercise which will burns off calories and fat. Swimming, running, speed walking, cycling are great choices. Always remember to give yourself a chance to do exercise. If you want to go to 5th floor, you can walk there rather than take a lift.
In addition, losing weight is not only losing weight but also creating a new healthy lifestyle. And you can form good habits and reducing risks of diseases. At the same time, you gain confidence when you slim down.
