（Unit 1）Reading newspaper is very interesting and useful. Enlgish Weekly is my favourite newspaper, and I read it every day.
It has 4 sections, including Major Topics, Teaching and Learning, E-channel, Outside Class. I like reading the Teaching & Learning section best because I can learn English better with it. This paper also has the latest news about sports and music from around the world. And I can learn about many stars of sports and music from it.
If possilbe, I hope English Weekly can have more inofrmation on conversations between students and teachers. It can let students and teachers learn more and make their ideas more understandable.
(Unit 3) TV plays an important in our daily life nowadays. It provides us with news at home and abroad. It brings us much pleasure. For example, cartoons are great fun to children. They can also learn a lot from TV programs.
On the other hand, TV sometimes has a bad effect on us. First, watching TV too much does a great harm to our health, especially to our eyes. Second, if we spend too much time on TV, we will certainly spend less time in studying. Besides, some programs are not good for children.
We should make good use of television.

(Unit 4) Bill Gates is one of the world’s richest men. He was born in the USA in 1955. when he was a child, he was interested in computer software. He set up Mircsoft Corporation in in 1975. He became the richest man in the world at age 39.
Gates is one of the world’s famous people who is ready to help others. He spends most of his money on charity. He has been to many poor countries and helped many people there. He sets a good expample for us.
Unit 5：Attention! We will have a school trip this Saturday. Our foreign teacher, Mr. Black will go with us. We will meet at our school at 7:30 in the morning. Then we will go to visit aquarium by bus. We will watch many kinds of sea creatures, and then enjoy an exciting dolphin show. In the afternoon, we will go to a shop and buy some souvnirs. At 6:00 p. m, we will go home. I’m sure we will have a great time.
(Unit 6) My uncle is a reporter. He is well built with glasses. He travels a lot. And I often see him stay up late to write articles. He tells me a reporter needs to have many skills. He should be interested in different things and friendly. He should read more and write well. I like traveling and writing. I can get on well with different people. I hope I can be good reporter like my uncle. So I must learn more at school now.
