I woke up late this morning and rushed to get ready for work. I couldn't find my keys anywhere and ended up being late for my meeting.
My boss was not happy with my tardiness and I had to stay late to make up for it. I was exhausted by the time I got home and just wanted to relax.
I decided to order takeout for dinner because I was too tired to cook. The food arrived cold and soggy, which just added to my frustration.
I spent the rest of the evening watching mindless TV shows and scrolling through social media. I couldn't shake off the feeling of unease and restlessness.
As I lay in bed, I couldn't help but think about all the things I needed to do the next day. The stress of it all kept me awake for hours, tossing and turning in bed.
Eventually, I drifted off to sleep, only to be woken up by my alarm clock a few hours later. Another day, another cycle of stress and exhaustion.
